An overview of the Chakra tracks, how to listen and what makes them so powerful.
There are Chakra balancing tracks available in Rescue 30, PowerNap 20, and FlowState 30.

Chakras are vortices of energy that serve as the main cornerstones of our life force, and their condition / resonance is paramount to how we feel. They affect the nerves and major organs, as well as our emotional and spiritual state. The word "chakra" in Sanskrit translates to "wheel" or "disc," similar to our "NuCalm biosignal processing disc." In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to the wheels of energy throughout the mind and body system. Ideally, all our chakra frequencies would be in balance all the time, but this is rarely, if ever the case. Stress knocks us out of balance and creates disharmony. Many aspects of life can affect our chakra frequencies and ruin our harmonious balance, such as chaotic sounds, environmental toxins, interpersonal conflicts, and unhealthy, worrisome thoughts and emotions.
Imagine that you're a clock and the universe is also a clock. If you are in tune and your frequencies match, you will start ticking together through harmonic resonance. Each chakra has its specific frequency of vibration, sound, color, and symbol to which it is tuned. When it is balanced, cleansed, and energized, then the chakra is in harmony, emitting inherent vibrations and coherence. When listening to the Chakra balancing tracks for the first time, you may feel some discomfort or feel “out of whack,” this is simply because particular chakras may be out of balance, and we are tuning them. Stick with it. All 7 Chakra frequencies are in constant vibration. It's likely that different chakras are out of balance at different times so your experience using the tracks should be unique each time you use it.
How to find the FlowState Chakra balancing track:
- Tap the FlowState channel on the Home Screen and select the 30 session time.

Note the name of the FlowState neuroacoustic software journey (ST3017), which is below the Restart and End buttons. The name of the journey playing is displayed in small grey font.

If you don't see the journey name you desire tap the End button.

You will be taken to the FlowState Summary Screen. Tap the Continue button until you return to the Home Screen.

Select the journey and session length again. Repeat this process until you see the journey name you want to listen to.
To find the Rescue Chakra balancing track, follow the same steps listed above, but you are looking for Rescue ST3003_Music (7 Chakras) by Sound Tronics in the Rescue 30 minute track option.
To find the PowerNap Chakra balancing track, follow the above steps, but you are looking for ST3016_Music by Sound Tonics in the PowerNap 20 minute option.
