Not sure how many times you can listen to Rescue, Ignite, Focus and DEEP SLEEP? Here we have the answers.
Rescue, Reboot and Recharge
You can listen to Rescue, Reboot and Recharge as many times as you like on any given day. We recommend listening no later than 3pm, as you will have more natural energy later in the day, however, if you are in a state of fight or flight and feeling distressed, you can listen anytime day or night.
Popular routines include listening first thing in the morning, mid-morning, lunch time and mid-afternoon.
You can listen to Ignite more than once, but we don't recommend you listen for more than 60 minutes in any given day. If you listen to an Ignite track two or three times in a row, you may feel over stimulated. Everyone is different, however we recommend you stop listening to Ignite if you begin to feel like your over caffeinated.
Popular routines include listening to Ignite at the start of your work day, mid afternoon if you feel tired, before a workout or physical performance, before a presentation or interview or anytime you want to feel confident and mentally ready to conquer what it's in front of you.
You can listen to Focus as many times as you like and for as long as you like, either with headphones or through a speaker. We recommend taking a 5 or 10 minute break after 60 minutes of consecutive focus.
You can listen to DEEP SLEEP multiple times in any given night but we recommend listening to the 8hr journey using a Bluetooth speaker. If you wake up in the middle of the night, and have difficulty falling back to sleep after 15 minutes, feel free to restart the 8hr journey.
If you are feeling emotionally distressed or agitated and simply cannot fall asleep, listen to Rescue to get you out of fight or flight and then listen to DEEP SLEEP.
