All you need are headphones and device that is connected to a web browser.
- Subscribe to KwikState Powered by NuCalm clicking here
- Once you have subscribed, visit app.kwikstate.nucalm.com
- Log in with the email/password you previously used to subscribe
- Put on a pair of good quality headphones or earbuds to ensure you are receiving the wide range of frequencies in the software
- Select your track, hit play, and Own the Day!
