To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please visit the NuCalm account portal > click “Manage Subscription” > click "Change Plan".

If you are upgrading your plan, it will charge you and change immediately, if you are downgrading your subscription or switching to a plan that is the same cost, it will change at the end of the current billing period.
