From the NuCalm website (app.nucalm.com)

1. Open https://app.nucalm.com/forgot-password

2. Type in your email address

3. Click "Submit"

4. Open your email

5. Click the link in the email

6. Choose a new password

7. Click "Submit"

From the NuCalm mobile app

1. Open the NuCalm app

2. Tap "Forgot password?"

3. Enter your email address

4. Tap "Submit"

5. Open your email

6. Click the link in the email

7. Choose a new password

8. Tap "Submit"

Things to keep in mind

1. The link in the email will expire after 1 hour.

2. If you don't see the email, please check additional folders (spam, junk, promotions) and any email filters you set up. It may take several minutes to receive the email. Please confirm you are using the same email you used during signup with NuCalm.

3. If you still have trouble, use a different computer, mobile phone, or tablet to access the email, then click the password reset link.
