Step 1:Please download the NuCalm app in your devices app store.

Step 2:Please go to the login screen on the app and use the email and password you used when ordering your NuCalm system. If you do not remember your password, please follow the "Forgot Password" instructions.
Step 3:Activate your system by verifying your email
If after 5 minutes you do not receive your verification email from support@nucalm.com, be sure to check your spam folder. You can also request that we resend the email from your app or contact us directly.
Step 4:Place the NuCalm disc directly on your skin at the PC6 acupuncture point.
Step 5:Sync your headphones to your device, using the NuCalm app to select the tracks you wish to play. Put on the eye mask, sit or lie in a comfortable position with a blanket and enjoy your NuCalm experience.
