If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it follow these 3 simple steps
Step One: Request Password Reset
If you have the NuCalm app installed on your tablet or mobile device, open up the NuCalm mobile app. Select "Login" and then select "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the screen.
If you do not have the NuCalm app, you can use this link to reset your password.
Insert the email you log into the NuCalm app with and click "Submit"
Step Two: Check Your Email
Go to your email inbox, you should have an email from NuCalm with a link to reset your password. Click the link to choose your new password.
If for some reason you did not receive the email please try another email address. If you are still encountering issues please contact support.
Step Three: Choose a New Password
Select a new password, please ensure the password is at least 10 characters and includes at least one uppercase letter and special character. You can now login with your new password!
If the link has expired please start over again.
