How can I share my app issue with the NuCalm team?Updated 6 days ago

To help us better understand what is happening with your app, we will need to access your device's logs. Please follow the instructions to upload your logs to the NuCalm Team. This will help us diagnose and fix your issue.


How to upload app logs

  • Reproduce the experience.
  • Tap Support on the My Profile screen

  • Tap “Send”


  • Forward the 6-character code from the success dialog to NuCalm Support
