The guarantee covers your first payment for a plan, once per customer. It doesn’t cover renewal payments, the lifetime subscription, gift cards, accessories, MASTERMIND or PLATINUM. If you bought through ClickBank, the Apple App Store or Google Play, the refund comes from that store under its own policy.

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel at NuCalm.com > My Account > Manage Subscription. You must be logged in with the same email with which you are logged into the app.
